The Reserve at Mansfield will be the principal center for economic activity in the community and region. Uses within the area will include a mix of medical, corporate headquarters, commercial service and others, with limited manufacturing and warehousing. Private, public and institutional buildings will be a mix of owner-occupied, build-to-suit, and speculative multi-tenant.

Lockwood Holdings is the Heart of the Reserve consisting of approximately 14 million square feet of pristine property currently used by Lockwood Ranch & Cattle Company. The property is bordered by Broad Street, Matlock Rd and Heritage Pkwy (proposed and funded).
|Methodist Mansfield Medical Center
Broad and Heritage are 100' wide boulevards and Matlock is the Medical Corridor of Arlington-Mansfield and home of the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a full-service hospital featuring some of the latest patient-centric design, amenities, and technology.
